Paul Murray
Independent Non-Executive Director
Paul is an independent non-executive director of LLHL Group Pty Ltd and subsidiaries. He holds a Global EMBA (New York University, HEC Paris, London School of Economics), a Master of Commerce (Hons) (University of Melbourne) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia.
Paul is the Chief Financial Officer of Earlypay. He previously worked at Household Capital as a Chief Financial Officer, a specialist provider of retirement funding,
through responsible, long-term access to home equity. Paul has extensive risk management experience, which has been gained in both the investment management
and banking sectors, in the United Kingdom and Australia.
Andrew Ralph
Founder and Managing Director of Land Lease Home Loans
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Certificate IV in Credit Management and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. With more than 20 years’ experience in banking, Andrew began his career as an accountant and auditor with Ernst & Young before accepting senior banking roles at Rothschild & Sons, Bank of Scotland (HBOS), Lloyds Banking Group and then ANZ Banking Group.
